Varun Dhawan is immensely busy promoting 'Baby John.' The film is slated for a Christmas release. His latest stop — Ahmedabad. The actor was joined by actress Wamiqa Gabbi. And, in the middle of his busy schedule, Varun has scooped some time out and realised a wholesome Gujarati Thali. In the pictures shared on Instagram, Varun can be seen sitting at a table with his team. The joy on his face says it all. Now, let us focus on the plate. We can spot chapatti, methi ka thepla, palak ki sabji, khatti mithi dry dal, curd and a tall glass of chaas. “Gujarati thali to Atal bridge majja aavi gayi!! 6 days left see u on Christmas Baby John,” read his caption alongside the post.

Varun Dhawan never misses any opportunity to dive into scrumptious foods. Previously, the Bawaal actor revealed how after having mithai for his cheat meal, he had balanced it. On his Instagram stories, he revealed relishing a cheat meal, which featured a sweet treat. However, soon, the handsome hunk returned to his healthier eating habits and proved this by posting a picture of his home-cooked meal. This included rotis paired with gobhi ki sabzi and saag, along with a bowl of dahi and a glass of water. Before that, when Varun Dhawan celebrated his 37th birthday on April 24, he also gave a sneak peek into the celebrations. In a carousel post on Instagram, Varun shared several pictures of how he spent his special day. In the first photo, the actor was seen posing with his yummy birthday cake. The single-tiered sweet delight featured a buttercream icing border. Another photo gave a glimpse of the family meal - what looked like biryani. However, in the caption, he shared that he didn't indulge himself too much on his birthday, and penned, "Growing, learning and yet trying to stay the same, thank you for all the wonderful wishes and love.
