BookBoard, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.bookboard.in website and the  zLibrary - BookBoard Reader(Android) mobile application, collectively referred to as the Service.

"Zlibrary" is a registered trademark ™️ owned by Appu Raja and is recognized by the Indian government. It serves as an ebook promotion, self-writing, and publishing platform, primarily driven by user-generated content. As the rightful owners of the trademark, we reserve the rights to protect its usage. Unauthorized individuals or applications are prohibited from using our trademark, and we retain the ability to pursue legal action in the courts of India against any infringement.

Please note that if you open an account with the Service you become an account holder. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and also to our Terms of Service.

However, please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your information.

Please do not buy, sell, transfer, rent, and/or lease your account and/or password to other people. We will not take any responsibility for the illegal use of your account by others that is caused by hacking or negligent password keeping.

Account Deletion 
You can delete your account by contacting us at [email protected]. All your Personal Data will be deleted together with your account. Please, bear in mind that you will also lose your account preferences, synced settings on different devices and any eBooks or other content published on the BookBoard App. We cannot restore any of these once your account is deleted.

Communications
We may use your Personal Data to contact you about your account, any maintenance related issues, or send you newsletters, marketing and promotional information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving some of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any e-mail or message we send. We use mandatory email service announcements to update you about important changes to your BookBoard account or the content you publish on our Service.

BookBoard may also disclose Your personal data to third parties for the purpose of sending You tailored advertising and marketing, for the purpose of avoiding sending You irrelevant advertising or other types of irrelevant marketing, to measure the success and outreach of our digital marketing and for other promotional purposes. Such is the case when BookBoard use remarketing features and impression, interest and demographic reporting in Google Analytics, uploads custom audiences to e.g. Inmobi , Adcolony and Google, and when we inform our business partners, such as Inmobi, Adcolony and Google, that a certain marketing measure generated a new specific customer or a number of new customers as the case may be.

Hard Copy or Physical Books Link policy
For the hardcopy book, the link of the amazon store is given in the app. Bookboard will not be responsible for any problems related to books ordered from Amazon or Amazon website. Bookboard will not be responsible for any issues if you order hardcopy books from Amazon. We only share book links with bookboard app under affiliate program partnership. Google AdWords 
Google AdWords remarketing service is provided by Google.
You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page.
