Masaba Gupta shares her love for Mexican food in latest Instagram entry.
Masaba Gupta has a strong passion for food. Whether it's her delightful vacation meals in London and Paris or occasional indulgent meals at home, her love for tasty treats is evident in everything she does. The designer doesn't miss a chance to share her culinary adventures with her fans on Instagram. In her latest upload, Masaba shared a photo of her "working lunch". The image featured a Mexican spread, in which we could spot a soft-shell taco filled with beans, lettuce, tomato, and a creamy sauce. There was also a bowl of crispy-looking nachos, perfect for dipping into the guacamole bowl, sitting next to the chips. The classic avocado dip is generally made with mashed avocado, lime juice, onion, tomato, cilantro, and spices. Masaba wrote in the caption, "Craving a Mexican working lunch."
In her previous Instagram post, Masaba Gupta was seen enjoying traditional dishes. In the snap, we could spot three steel tiffin boxes- the biggest one containing Gond laddoos, or the traditional Indian sweet treats made from Gond (edible gum) and wheat flour. The other two boxes contained homemade Chawanprash, i.e., an Ayurvedic jam-like concoction made from a mixture of herbs, spices, and fruits, which helps boost immunity, energy, and overall well-being, and Chhuara, a sweet and tangy pickle-like condiment made from dried dates (chhuara), tamarind, jaggery or sugar, ghee and spices like cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. The side note on the picture read, “The best present from this girl, Sneha Singhi Upadhaya, I greatly admire - homemade chawanprash, Gond Laddoos and Chhuara.” Read more about it here.
