At ZLibrary by Bookboard, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our platform allows for user-generated content, including ebook sharing by users and authors promoting their physical books with purchase links from Amazon or other retailers. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content available on ZLibrary by Bookboard infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by filling out our DMCA Report Form. The following information must be included:

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will respond promptly by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed due to a DMCA takedown notice was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with us. To do so, please provide the following information:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the material in question.
